We ship all over India through trusted courier partners. Charges depend on weight and destination, and tracking details are shared once dispatched. Typical transit is 3–6 working days.
Single items: 24–48 hours. Magic frames, resin work and bulk orders: 3–7 working days. Urgent orders can often be accommodated — please call before ordering.
UPI, cash and card at the store. Courier orders require full advance payment by UPI. Bulk orders start with a part advance and the balance on delivery.
We share a digital preview on WhatsApp before printing. Once you approve it, production starts and the design cannot be changed.
Because every item is personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or the print does not match the approved design, send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it and we will replace it free of cost.
The print is only as sharp as the photo you send. Please share the original image rather than a screenshot or a WhatsApp-forwarded copy — we will tell you if a photo is too small to print well.
